$16.7 million , an increase of 6% from$15.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. -
MRAM product sales, which includes both Toggle and STT-MRAM revenue, of
$12.4 million , compared to$14.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. -
Licensing, royalties, patents, and other revenue of
$4.3 million , compared to$1.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. - Gross margin of 58.1%, compared to 51.4% in the fourth quarter of 2022.

GAAP operating expenses of
$8.1 million , compared to$7.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. -
GAAP net income of
$2.0 million , or$0.09 per diluted share, compared to net income of$0.6 million , or$0.03 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2022. -
Adjusted EBITDA of
$3.6 million , compared to$2.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. -
